What’s on your Bucket List?

The first and most important part of the process, is finding out exactly what you and your family want to achieve in life – Your Bucket List. 

This can include anything and everything.  Everything that you want to do in life is put on the list. 

Once we know this, everything else works around it.  Knowing this first, and having it written down, will make it easier to increase business performance.

Review of your Current Situation

This can be the boring part for you, but very important for us.  We will review how your business is set up to ensure it will help maximise profit and minimise tax. 

Your review will include:

• Review of your tax structure to ensure you are set up correctly to minimise tax

• Review of any debt arrangements you may have, to review if there are any better options available

• Internal Business Review to ensure things are operating effectively

• Review of your Cash Flow and Budgets

All of this, will help put more money in your bank account.

Planning

This is about setting the goals of what we want to achieve over the next 12 months.

This will include both business performance and bucket list items.

We will then break this down to 90 day action plans.  At the end of each 90 days we will review the previous 90 days as well as set the plan for the next 90 days.

Annual Review and Celebration

Now is the time to sit down, reflect and celebrate the year and all the wins you had along the way.

We will also plan out the next 12 months, including reviewing your bucket list and adding any new goals that you have.
